That's a load of crap. I can guarantee that if you were the most careful parent in the world, this would absolutely not happen. I'm not the most careful parent in the world, but it's not hard to take precautions (such as paying attention to your child).
Where was the other parent when this happened? Shouldn't they have been able to see their two year old? Or do they make a regular practice of letting their toddler run around unsupervised in the driveway?
