Parents sue to evict their 30 year old son

You know what really kills me right now? I installed a furnace with my niece today...she told me that her Mom kicked her out 4 months ago because she didn't have a job. I just wish my brother's ex-wife could have a little talk with my sister.
I wish you would GROW A PAIR.

Just sayin.'

So you are happy that instead of being a leach on his parents that he will now be a leach on the taxpayers?

No, he shouldn't get anything from the taxpayers ( us ) either. He could beg on the street and live in a cardboard box. Maybe that would put some incentive into him.

I despise people like him.

True story.

I have a cousin whose about 58 and he has never moved out of his parents house. In fact, he pretty much lived in his bedroom and never came out. His sister took him to the doctor's and he was diagnosed with Autism. The dad died last year, he was 93. The wife is still living, she's in her early 90s. What sucks is when she dies the sister will have to take care of the son.

Maybe there is something going on that we don't know about with the 30 year old? Some type of mental health issue.

Doubt it's mental health issues. More like he's dodging child support payments by staying in his parent's house so he doesn't have to get a job. No job, not required to pay child support. He's just your usual scumbag. They need to draft parasites like this into the military.

Damn how can one go that long with autism without proper diagnosis. I wonder if the parents are at fault here. Sounds like a really sad life if he never really got the help he needed. He was probably low enough on the spectrum that it didn't really show, but high enough that he didn't have the drive to be more independent.

I'm actually on the spectrum myself but super low.

What makes you think that not having a job ends your requirement to pay child support?

That is a terrible idea for a whole host of reasons. Starting with:

1) You trust this guy with a gun?
2) The rest of the people in the military don't deserve that.

Yeah...having served in combat with a bunch of draftees...who did not want to be there...and who did not believe in why we were there...that’s a terrible idea.

While he might still OWE child support...as long as he has no verifiable job/income, no one will ever be able to collect. You can’t get blood out of a rock.

It would be rather amusing watching him go through marine boot camp.

Ummm...no. It would be like the first half of Full Metal Jacket, all over again...and while it might be somewhat amusing for the uninvolved to watch...it would be a HUGE waste of resources...and would make life suck for the others in his MCRD platoon.

How do people released from prison find a place to live and a job?

At the start? No. But you physically mold them into shape. Just like parents use to send misbehaving kids to boarding or military school, this is for adult manchilds.

It's an odd family. My aunt was told many many times by my mom and other people that she should seek help for her son. She would just brush it off as if his behavior was normal. My aunt and uncle were small business owners for about 30 some years. They owned a steak/hoagie place called Luigis in Wildwood, NJ. It was actually well known. The thing is her son traveled to Alaska on his own. I don't know if he has a college degree. But, he's very intelligent. He was going to the library in the morning, and would come home by lunch. The family is a little out there, and smart. His sister works as a lab technician for Children's Hospital in Philly, and the brother is a pharmacist for CVS. He also owns a motel in WildCrest, NJ. I've never met both sons and I've never met the father. When the dad passed away they had a tiny funeral and no one was invited.

I think many people are on the autisim spectrum and they don't know it.

They can still throw your ass in jail though and the amount you owe just keeps accumulating even when you are in jail.

Put it on pay-per-view, have the other grunts volunteer and give them a small cut and cover the marines cost 5 fold. Win/win

I'd pay some serious coin to see Trident join the Marines, refuse to take any advice or instruction, mess things up, and then come back to say how he discovered the advice to be correct.

See! We could even make this a "thing", an ongoing show starring one fuckup at a time. Maybe we could branch off and start doing multiple fuckups at a time, anyone know how many Marine boot camps are run at the same time? I should probably patent this idea...

There are only 2 recruit training depots, (boot camp) San Diego and Parris Island. Each depot has ( may not be currently accurate...twas LONG time ago) 3-4 battalions, each battalion 3-4 companies, each company 2 series, each series up to 4 platoons...and IIRC, there can be up to 30 recruits in each platoon...so lot of potential for lulz...

I'm fairly sure you can't be thrown in prison for debt in general. There are a few exceptions - but in general - no, we don't put people in prison for debt to my knowledge.

I've seen his kind before. Probably plays video games, smokes a bunch of weed, watches porn and faps.....a lot. His basic needs have been met. lol

Not everyone aspires to be something.

When our kids reached the age where they needed to pay their own way, my wife would drive them around and make them apply for jobs until they got them.
