My only advice is be smarter than I was.
I found myself in a similar situation many years ago and here is what I did.
1. Threw a huge party and completely trashed the house
2. Took all my friend to my parents lake house, threw another party and trashed that house
3. Got drunk and took the boat out, bent the boat trailer and smashed the boat into the dock.
4. Went to a strip joint and blew half the money my parents left me
5. Took the rest of the money and bought a pound of weed
6. Got pulled over driving drunk, and got busted with the weed
7. Spent 2 nights in jail waiting for my parents to fly home early from their trip and bail me out of jail.
8. Spent the next 10yrs trying to earn my parents trust back
9. Spending the rest of my life trying to make it up to them
There are a lot of ways to have some mad fun, just be a little smarter than I was

That's a really good idea. He could pawn the car and buy lots of beer and a bunch of brats to cook out on the grill. The beer is for the brats of course. Then he could invite friends over and eat the brats. They could bring the krout and tater salad. Party on!

just call one person you know that can get a good party going. Go fill up some kegs, and send out mass emails/phone calls to all the people you would like to party with. Once you have confirmed alot of people there. Keep one bedroom to yourself*im assuming ur own bedroom* get the keys and lock it. Then proceed to any outdoor location and approach numerous ammounts of women. Even cashiers/waitresses,etc. Get in good coversation and ask if they AND THEIR friends would like to come to a party at your house, they will probably say no depending on your looks. The key to the bedroom is if you can find a chick you would like to ensue the nitty gritty with.

If you have any normal friends and a normal life - I am sure that they have already planned a party at your house. Use your host status as a way to get some snapper. Oh yeah, don't be the guy who is freaking out all night because there are 500 people there and things are getting broken. Just go with the flow.

I would keep it simple. Have people over but not so many that it draws attention. How old are you?
