Paranoid Question

So I'm sort of freaking out, and I thought you guys might be able to give me a quick response. Last night, I went to a strip club (I really need to stay away from these things) with a few friends. I ended up getting a few lap dances, and when I got OUT of the lap dance, realized I somehow had gotten 3 small cuts on my right finger. They are all in the same area, and look like paper cuts (so most likely are paper cuts, or perhaps a cut from a piece of wood on the size of the stripper booth).

Anyway, so obviously while I was having a lap dance, I had 3 open cuts on my right finger. They are red this morning, so they were most likely bleeding at some point, though I don't remember seeing any blood. I'm usually pretty good about not being so paranoid anymore about stupid things, but now I'm quite worried that it could have been very easy for me to catch an STD or something similar from the cuts being open while the stripper was LITERALLY laying all over me, OR perhaps catch something from whatever caused the original cut itself.

Any thoughts?

I don't believe in karma, but when you sleep with dogs, you wake up with fleas. You're probably safe, but you could probably answer this better yourself. You know exactly where you were and exactly what you did. Keeping that in mind, do you have a reason to be worried?

When in doubt, see a physician. If there's enough doubt, grow up and stay the hell away from strip clubs.

 
Unless she was bleeding and you were bleeding (or transfer of fluids), there's a very slight chance of anything of the sort. Also, although there is an increased risk of STDs at strip clubs, is there a reason to assume whoever was giving you a lap dance had an STD? There are "dirty" strippers, but there are just as many, I would say more, who aren't.

If you're that worried go get tested.

No. My clothes stayed on and her clothes stayed on and I didn't do anything like that of the sort. I Just don't know where the heck these 3 paper cuts came from (and they are pretty deep too), and it bothers me. And then I start thinking.
 
I know a guy who actually got HIV in a very similar manner. I recommend you get tested ASAP.

EDIT: BTW he then gave it to his GF and they have both since passed away.
