question number two:

When playing Rock, Paper, Scissors.. do you throw down your hand after you say 'scissors', or do you use the 'rock, paper, scissors, shoot' method (or just throw on the next count after scissors, like me. I simply omit shoot now)

this seems to always cause confusion. There was some serious RPS battles in the dorms last year, it was always a 4 count game. But others would play us, and quite often they threw on the 3rd count. Completely killing that round.
