I thought Ro Sham Bo was a tournament of torture involving 2 guys taking turns kicking each other in the nuts as hard as they can.

Around here, you usually do not say anything. You either put out your fist or put your fist on your hand, open palm up. Then you would shake your fist up and down (or hit it against your hand) and throw out your selection on the third shake (so, 1, 2, throw).
