Most conservatives ask the same from all races and creed. I don't know what you're getting at by not asking whites to follow suit, conservatives always have. Politically, I'm riding the fence most of the time, but I do find it rather annoying that most of the conservative viewpoints are rather narrow minded, and case in point with this Bill o Reilly quote, he is left confused as to why Asians, who he says have good with ethics and so so, voted for Obama. The way these paleo cons view politics is very arrogant and antiquated in my opinion. We are not living in the past anymore.

Liberals are not all moochers and dependants on welfare because there are just as many moochers who are conservatives. Political affiliation has nothing to do with being a lazy piece of shit.

I guess you could say that. I believe most people are in the grand scheme of things. I grew up very poor but my Mother insisted on making sure we were our very best at all times. We could have easily falling into the poor/economic stereotype family but we didn't because we would not allow it. This sums up my personal viewpoints on most things as I see many excuses for peoples behavior and I find it disgusting that this is allowed.

It's video games or movies causing more violence.
It's pornography causing more pedophiles.
It's the poor economic conditions that cause people to be ignorant.
It's the rich economic conditions that cause people to use others.
It's expression of fun and love that cause people to have abortions or higher divorce rate.
It's social pressures that cause people to do drugs or become alcoholics.

I could go on and on but personal responsibility is a major factor of my political affiliation. If you want to know why I think Asians voted for Democrats it's because they see the Dem's as pro-immigration or pro-poor. The same would go for Hispanics and African Americans. There really isn't anything else to it really but I believe I do not need the government to force a sudo religion down my throat by forcing my hand in giving to the poor. I donate to the poor and I guarantee you conservatives do more than the progressives in this country when it comes to donating or volunteer work.

I don't agree that anyone should receive a handout by forced government ways. There are exceptions like a widow or orphaned child and the disabled but 99 weeks of unemployment checks is insane, regardless of the economy. They should be working or forced to volunteer or something.

In regards to outsourcing, it's really hard to make cheap crap without doing so but many Americans would rather pay for cheap goods and services than pay 50 cents extra to be made in usa. That's just the truth of the matter and to be honest it really didn't matter until the late 80s. I blame corporate greed just as much as I blame the consumer lust for cheap crap.

If you really wanted to help the unfortunate, you would beg for self responsibility along with ending the global economy. We know neither will ever happen as greed on both sides has latched on. You do have to keep in mind the standard of living has increased by multitudes of growth. In addition, government education has failed and needs new blood. I would prefer a voucher system but liberals hate that idea for some stupid reason or another.

So we really don't have true poor compared to the rest of the world. Like said there are exceptions but nothing glaring to me.
