Panda Express seriously needs to start weighing out their portions

Panda Express is the best Chinese food I've ever had.

With that being said, I've never had real Chinese. Only the Americanized, veggie laden, salt fest most people eat in the US.

If I had real Chinese I'm sure I'd have a different opinion.

Panda Express Orange Chicken with Bacon is GOOD, I dunno if they still have it. But it fucking owned. I find their Orange Chicken to be great, it's always nice and crunchy with a little bit of spice kick. With that said it's a rip off compared to all the other local hole in the walls that give me about 3x as much orange chicken for less money.

At my local stores, I've found that the Chinese workers will consistently give WAY less food than their Hispanic counterparts.

I also do the survey on the back of the receipt to get a free item. When you use that old receipt code, it removes the most expensive item, like the shrimp or steak ones, from your bill. The Chinese workers are the only ones who will take the time to edit the coupon so that it takes out the cheapest item instead. I still buy it though. MINO.

What are prices and portions like there? One is starting construction soon about eleven miles from me.

Portions are large, price is reasonable. I don't like it that much but works as an option in an airport when I don't have a lot of time between flights and a burger is not what I want.

The noodles are always overcooked to me/not fresh. The entrees are usually fresh and hot though.

I tried watching Son of Anarchy and was just too much for me to wade through to catch up myself personally.

That and the wife didn't seem interested.

Have never tried Panda Express, about like Chipolte, I'll have to try em out sometime.

There is a really good Chinese take-out we like about a mile up the road I guess.

its also hilarious how when the bowls of food they serve from start to get low

"damn that guy 4 people in front got lits twice as much chicken as me!"

MSG galore

You clearly have not a clue.

Panda Express does not add MSG nor purchase foods from those that use MSG in preparation.

Most larger chinese food places have stopped using it as well.

Some foods naturally contain glutamate though.

You guys say Panda Express sucks but the problem it's so successful is that there's so many shitty Mom & Pop Chinese places. So many damn bad ones that survive only because they are cheap.

That is pretty much every Chinese restaurant in my city. The only good local Chinese restaurant is 80 miles away where I used to live. For now, I stick to P. F. Chang's.

We have no good Chinese places here and only one decent Thai restaurant. I just learned to take what I can get and settle for American food all the other times.
