I couldn't wait any longer and called to see what has happened after seeing the "Product Shipped" status for longest time now.
Just like SAS26, they put me on hold and came back after 2 mins to tell me that this was in fact a price error and the order has been cancelled. He even went on to tell me NONE OF THE ORDER has been shipped out at that price. That's when I gave caricell's order number and he was shocked! So yes, caricell did in fact get one!
If you're status is product shipped, I would wait till you get your credit statement and file a complaint with your credit card. Maybe your credit card company would take it to them and you'll get your order!
Oh and other thing I noticed was that I, too, had used Amex to make this purchase. Maybe all the Amex orders got "Product Shipped" notice...
Oh and I got $20 off $20 coupon from them.
