She needs to address it, say that it's not ok, and corbett, your thread bitching about Obama taking a 757 to see his sick grandmother is still waiting for you, coward.

If she would have stopped and said "He's not a *****, hes half african american, no need for such language" she'd probably lose respect.

Really, who cares? I'm sure if we listen close enough, we can hear black people in an Obama rally saying "kill whitey" at some point. As I've seen plenty of news clips indicating it happens on that side of the fence too.

Oh wait. We don't look for those do we, OP?

So it's ok for whites to scream ni**er at Palin rallies because you suspect blacks are doing it at Obama rallies? Your reasoning is terrible.

I don't think he is saying it makes it ok. What he is saying is that BOTH SIDES DO IT!

No, he's saying he suspects both sides are doing it. Evidence of McCain/Palin supporters has been shown. Where is the evidence of Obama supporters shouting 'kill whitey'?

Edit: BTW, he said 'Really, who cares?' so apparently he does think it's ok.

"He's a nig*er" is not as bad as the "Kill Him!" scream at 13 seconds here..

Mccain should call these people out and ask them to leave.. Instead he just grimaces and carries on.. I think Mccain/Palin know that without the support of crazy racists and rednecks, their poll numbers would be 25% lower than they are now.

Find some clips, then we'll consider it.

No, he's saying that one side does it and the other side might do it. Can you tell the difference? If you plead brain damage, you might not look as bad since it now looks like you're just a downright liar.

If you find one at an Obama rally post it. Guess what there aren't any. Nobody at McCain rallys yelling for the death of McCain either.

Based on the GOP and their helpers at Drudge and Fox spreading rumors about Ashley Todd before all the facts were out my answer would have to be YES.

This is where you're wrong, I'm tired of the moral equivalency. This shit flat out does not happen at Obama rallies, even if they're predominantly black.

The GOP and the McCain campaign have been stirring the pot with one hand and covering their mouths and gasping with the other.

It's transparent and the problem for them is that the majority of the people in this country are seeing right through it.

There are racists everywhere, is this surprising to anyone?

She should have just said "There is no place for racial slurs at my rally, please be respectful. Thank you."

But of couse she won't say anything, she's as classless as the people at her rallies.

All I could her was Palin blathering on. How anybody say she's a good public speaker? Her damn voice is annoying as hell.

Not to be sexist, but it really seems to be a problem for a lot of women in public speaking. When Hillary would get into her speeches and start raising her voice she also sounded pretty awful.

That would be funny--if Obama backers started infiltrating McCain and Palin speaking events solely to try to make them look bad by claiming that Obama is a Muslim and calling him a nig..., etc.

It's important Obama supporters issues keep stuff like this alive. It is easier than discussing the issues and how wrong Obama and his socialist ideas are for America.

Nice try but it's McCain/Palin who've been running a dirty campaign based on distractions.

Yea, like experience mattering, lower taxes fuels an ailing economy, affordable health care is within reach, excessive government spending, reforming lobbyist influence, school choice, etc. Really major distractions. Let's talk about Palin's wardrobe! Okay?

To some degree she already gave them power when she starting insinuating that Obama was a friend of terrorists, un-American, and a socialist. She let the trolls know it was okay to come out from under their bridges and say whatever they felt like.

That is the truth not her fault Obama picks horrible people as friends and mentors.

Just having experience doesn't mean it's good. I'd rather have an intellectual surround himself with experienced people than a stubborn old man who's got years of supporting failed policies behind him. McCain is not smart and Palin has proven herself box-of-rocks stupid. We don't need GWB III.

Both are promising lower taxes - how and how much is where they differ. IMO Obama's tax plan is better because those who need it most would benefit most (and yes, I'm in that group).

While I'm not sure either health care plan is great I think Obama's proposal is better than McCain's. Would either really get put in place?

Neither of them is going to shrink government anytime soon.

McCain's campaign staff is filled with lobbyists.

School choice... I'm on the fence.

One wonders why the GOP party are known as either racist or condoning racism.

Yet another clip

I hope the secret service protection is tripled around Obama
I don't think you can say with 100% what the person yelled.

Have another source or eye witness reports etc?

More Palin family values. You know kids only do this by example or aren't told any better.

Is that from the rally where the secret service came out and said that no one actually said 'kill him'??
