I think you should stick to the traditional stereotypes when expressing your contempt for those that disagree with you. Hating people for their ideas and views is perfectly acceptable, and of course demonizing or belittling them is par for the course, but it's important to keep your target audience in mind.

I think she is just an average woman who sorta accidently became governor of Alaska. She isn't a real politician. And this quality appeals to many people, and is also probably why she failed so miserably as VP candidate.

There was far more hatred for Sarah Palin and they even went after her son. What they did was just disgusting. Now there is some hatred for obama but a lot more of it is criticism and going after his policies. Due to his policies people do have hatred for him.

Wrong. There's a lot more animosity and vitriol aimed at Obama than there ever was at Palin. Palin was a punchline... but Obama was demonized by some and generally loathed by many.

FYI... your claim fails completely when you look at bumper stickers. I've seen countless cars with anti-Obama stickers on them... have yet to see one that is anti-Palin.

That hasn't been my experience. Most of my friends are pretty conservative people, none of them hate Obama. They disagree with him, they think he's making some terrible mistakes, but there is no hate.

You need to remember that Criticism != Hatred. A lot of Conservatives dont like his policies so they criticize him but dont hate him. Too many confuse these two things when they are very different. Yes there are some people who hate him but they are not the majority.
