4 days ago, I went to the gym and did a couple of usual shoulder excercies. (row, lat pulldown).
then i was moving some stuff around the house. I was lifting and lowering somewhat heavy/bulky things.

the next morning, i noticed that the bump on top of my shoulder is sensitive, and slightly painful.

according to the webpage where i got the pic, his collar bone separated due to fall.

i have slight pain when i move my shoulder in certain directions.

I will be making a doctor's appointment.

but since today is Sun, i was wondering if u knew what it was.

My guess, from what you described and how it looks and what you were doing before it happened, is that a bone is sticking out where it shouldn't be. It's good you're going to the doctor.

Hopefully, it is just fluid accumulation/edema from minor trauma. I missed timing a power kick on a swinging heavy bag years back, it shot some pain for a moment, but I didn't think much of it, till I woke up the next day with my knee as big as a soft ball. Had the doc drain it, and it was just stiff a couple days.
