Don't know how you say it, but "dzah jiang" noodles will always have a place in my heart as they're the noodles my mom always used to (and still does) make. After that would come pho then some other Chinese noodles...then everything else. 😛

Zha jiang noodles is basically like chinese spaghetti but with black bean sauce instead of tomato sauce. Atleast thats how ive explained it to my friends. And man does that stuff taste good.
 
theres this pho place near me that is pretty good that has cool t shirts that say:

"its Pho King good"

... i thought it was funny
 
Japanese Ramen house ramen is by far above those two, but then its pad thai, and THEN pho. Mainly cuz pho sucks on hot days.
