passed upto 2700mhz 225fsb 450ddr 🙂

benchies will be posted as the results come in.

*please note my 3dm2k1 scores are gonna be 1400 marks low because i use the 30.82 drivers and not the 40 series dets.

🙂

yes that would be a good idea ~ a penny is just about the right size too.

it can be very thin ~ i used and sliver of aluminum (USB port cover) from a I/O plate 😉

cpu @ 200fsb is 32*C idle ~ not great but ok.
moboard is 30*C ~ typical.

default idle vcore is 1.648v as seen in pcprobe

since the multi defaults to 12 on the destop mobo's does that mean your's, mikki's & ErikaeanLogic's chips startes out at 142 fsb or are you taking them all the way from 100? and does this also mean that a 2.2 chip prolly wouldn't hit much if any higher speeds because, unless it good reach a much greater fsb it & the 1.7 multis are the same on the mobo?

my system booted up @ 12x100.

we dont think a "higher" chip is worth anything ~ we are memory limited so far.

all P4m cpus will default to 12x on a desktop board.

temps are out of control while running P95 @ 200fsb ~ may need to do something else........

Erik & Mikki ~ what were your max temps running P95?
im over 50*C here 🙁

Thugsrook, never went above 42c at any time...most stress testing stayed around 41c. dbwillis' penny idea sounds pretty good...🙂

i am now using a 2mm shim! 😉

lets see if this holds temps......

if not ~ ill have to remove the alpha standoffs and mount the HSF directly to the back of the moboard.
