I'm no GOP fan but this is unfair. PPP loans were designed to be forgivable-they were to continue payroll payment during early covid shutdowns. If the loan was legit it would be forgiven by the bank, which would be repaid instead by the fed government. It was a make do system to keep people being paid right now.

Maybe these legislators abused the program-I don't know one way or the other, but the mere fact that had PPP loans that were forgiven alone is no sign of corruption.

No its not unfair and you're completely mischaracterizing what these fucking assholes are saying, whilst trying to defend them by spelling out what PPP was as Leftists and sane people intended it. They demonized government assistance by others whilst they partook more, often orders of magnitude more, than the people they're demonizing.

You know what? You're right.

Having said that, these assholes still deserve to be called out for the hypocrisy and greed. People like Brett Guthrie collected large sums of money, then voted No on upping the stimulus payments to $2000. It's the hypocrisy of it all, not just the abuse. Subsidies for me, bootstraps for thee. Middle class tax payers can get fucked.

I did a lot of driving yesterday, was bouncing back and forth between various conservative talk radio channels like I do to keep tabs on the latest rollout of crazy. One show in particular, they were commiserating on Oz being like 15 points behind Fetterman at this point. The female of the pair starts going on about how she can't believe an ogre like Fetterman, who "can't string together complete sentences" (???) is doing so well - and then in the same breath starts talking about the race in Georgia, and how Walker is "doing so good."

These cultists have shit for brains, and their handlers on the airwaves know it. Gave me a good laugh on a boring drive at least.
How about seeing this if your bored. Fox News in their comics page called a liberal college student and Biden, "Thief and Panderer". For those that do not know, panderer according to dictionary.com is
/ ˈpæn dər ər / PHONETIC RESPELLING. See synonyms for panderer on Thesaurus.com. noun. a person who caters to or profits from the weaknesses or vices of others. a person who furnishes clients for a prostitute or supplies persons for illicit sex acts; procurer; pimp.
This is typical from a conservative media outlet.

The problem is, not sure if they are calling Biden or the college student the panderer, because I would not be surprised of Fox falsely accusing Biden of being panderer.

Maybe it's a bit early in the morning for me, but he posted an image of his father with what purports to be his penis behind a 'redacted' box, and he said, "redact this"? Am I missing something here? Is he proud that his father committed espionage/treason or something? How does he think this joke is supposed to work?
He's a moron. You have to be a moron to get it.

It's roughly as witty as a calvin pissing on a 'redacted' box that said the same thing.

Yes: the mountain of cocaine that preceded that post.
