@Moonbeam here is Jordan Peterson triggered because James Bond might be played by a black actor:

Just in case you are still operating under the belief that he is someone worth taking seriously.
Of those three I think Idris would be, by far, the best and I've had a man crush on Henry Cavil for several years.

I like Edris Elba as much as the next person but he's already 50 years old. They usually go a bit younger to be able to make a bunch of movies.

I didn't realize people took bond movies seriously enough to bother caring who played the character at this point. Haven't there been as many Bonds as Dr Who's at this point?

Were Connery and Moore that young when they started their Bond careers? I honestly don't know. I think Craig was the youngest Bond if I had to guess and IIRC in Casino Royale he was supposed to be just starting out as a 00 agent. 50 is fine IMO and it's not like he has to do a lot of films before they switch it up again.

They don't but when you're a hammer everything looks like a nail as they say.

Connery, born 1930 had his first Bond role in Dr. No released in 1962. He was 31 during filming.

Moore, born 1927 had his first Bond Role in 1973 at 45.

Craig, born 1968 had his first Bond role in 2006. He was 37 during filming.

Lazenby was born in 1939 and made his one and only Bond movie in 1968/9. He was 29/30.

Lazenby was the youngest Bond.

Followed by Connery.

Moore couldn't do the cool smooth of Connery. He just came off as a snob IMO. I actually liked him in the old The Saint series though.

Bush I had Bill Barr as a cleaner. All the criminal activity magically went away.

He also pardoned his co-conspirators in Iran-Contra halting the investigation that would have led directly to himself in the process.

Bush Sr doesn't get nearly enough credit for being an evil sonofabitch. The worst complaint I see thrown his way is bitching about him raising taxes, which was probably one of the only good things he did.

Oh Bill kristol...please continue the delusion that your version of conservatism was ever anything more than fantasy fanfic of the luded out generation basking in the afterglow of squandering the goodwill and wealth of our golden age. That shit is funnier than the onion.
