It's sad that civics and government apparently were not taught in a lot of high schools out there. Keep America Ignint!This operates under the common misconception that the president rules like a king.
For recent example, the Cons control all 3 areas since the election, can't barely pass anything that isn't in the standard playbook - tax cuts for the wealthy, gut social safety nets.

This joke suggests that in the US, calculating the square root of a number is a topic that is not covered in high school. But it is covered in college. Of course. Calculating the square root is a very very complex mathematical subject.
