Of course, he's an American and made life-saving drugs infinitely more expensive than they were before, when he used the wonders of FreeMarket (hallowed be its name) to jack up the price of a drug that is required to keep people alive. Obviously the guy is a conservative hero, so perhaps First Citizen Trump will give him a pardon Jan. 20th 2017!

...and if there are no alternatives then that price will promote the development of alternatives. It's manipulating the free market and incentivizing insurance that allows prices to be that high. The point of diminishing returns would have happened at a much lower point if it were not for insurance companies and insurance pools.

If you are going to upload a picture of Republicans who aren't veterans, you should realize that of Clinton, O'Malley and Sanders, none are veterans.

I watched the first half hour of the last debate. None of them have a coherent strategy for dealing with ISIS. They support something like Obama's strategy, which sounds exactly like what he touted 15 months ago, when he admitted he didn't have a clear strategy. Shortly later the no clear strategy was suddenly proclaimed to be a winning strategy. Charlie Sheen is more winning than Obama's Syrian strategy.

The reason for the terminology "endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights..." was to make it clear that the government does not grant rights. If the government could decide what is a right, they can decide that something is not a right and take it away. They were very careful and deliberate with the wording.
