In an actual civilized country, the answer would be a strong yes.
Of course, he's an American and made life-saving drugs infinitely more expensive than they were before, when he used the wonders of FreeMarket(hallowed be its name) to jack up the price of a drug that is required to keep people alive. Obviously the guy is a conservative hero, so perhaps First Citizen Trump will give him a pardon Jan. 20th 2017!

...and if there are no alternatives then that price will promote the development of alternatives. It's manipulating the free market and incentivizing insurance that allows prices to be that high. The point of diminishing returns would have happened at a much lower point if it were not for insurance companies and insurance pools.
