Dock? There wasn't any penalty for me except for time and having to fill out "Yes, I have been denied active duty military service" on certain forms. Upside is that I won't get drafted if it comes to that.

Ah, sorry. The first one was for bad knees. I should be a couple of inches taller, but my knees are bad from a car accident and a football injury. I got a waiver, but they lost it. My recruiter put down that I was "sad and depressed about not getting to ship out on time" and that was it. I was blackballed because she used those words. They wouldn't even let me in as infantry after the Iraq war started in 2003.
