I'd rather the temps not be over 70. It's usually about 72 where I work and while a bit warm for my tastes and I would prefer it cooler, I'm not hot or anything.

But then again, I don't even think that 10° is all that cold.

Why the hell won't she just use a fan? Fans work great, especially when the room is that cold

72 is pretty much about as universally comfortable as you can get. Give her a brochure on liposuction, maybe she'll get the idea. If not, sing "Fatty fatty two by four, couldn't fit through the door," every time she is within earshot. If she sits close enough to hear it all the time, sing it non-stop for eight hours a day.

69 is universally comfortable. Anything over 70 is too warm.

See, personally, I'd prefer 75. When you combine both of our preferred temperatures and divide by the amount of participants, you come up with 72. 72 > 69

Yeah, I think 72 is universally comfortable.

Sounds like she has a thyroid problem. Which would also contribute to her obesity.

72 is cold now? Thats just entering the comfy range. My AC in the summer is usually around 77, but then, I do have a fan on and its my apartment, not a cubicle.

Blech, 72 is uncomfortable for me, but I actually like the cold. Our operations center stays around 65-66 and its fine, but I keep my apartment during winter unheated. Its always easier to throw on a sweater or an extra blanket...

install a fake thermostat for her. when she complains about the heat, lower the temperature on the fake thermostat.

if she *still* complains about the temperature after the thermostat gets lowered, complain yourself that you're cold and raise it back up.

Meh. It depends on where you live. In most of the American Southwest, we keep our houses near 80, and everyones fine with that.

I'm not fat and I hate the heat as well. I keep the house about 65-67 degrees in the winter.

Those who like the cold should always win. In our effort to be comfortable, we can only get so naked before being arrested. On the other hand, you cold pussies can put on another layer of clothing.

For all of you sub-70 degree people...how do you afford your electric bill?

....This coming from a Floridian....

Retards who don't like the temp should dress appropriately. 72 is a fair (probably somewhat cold depending on humidity) temperature.

OK, so the fat chick will wear a bikini while working... or you could just add another layer of clothing.

It's your choice.

Many many non-fat people like it at 62 degrees, too. You make it sound like a snowstorm. Man up!

I'm guessing all the chocolate and soda, coupled with lack of physical activity, would be by far the major contributor. Obese people, however, often like to blame things they have no control over.
