I like my title
. Anyways, I stupidly bought a 1 Ghz CPU with a FSB of 266, but the mobo on the barebones at overstock has a FSB of 200. Here is the link to the barebones at overstock for reference. Overstock Barebones. I was thinking of using softFSB to overclock my mobo to 266, anyone try this? What are the risks of doing this? Will I need a bigger power supply or more cooling? I am putting in one ANTEC 80 mm case fan. Here are the other things in there if it helps:
30 gig Western Digital 7200 RPM
Plextor 8/4/32
their Floppy
An AGP video card
A 10/100 WOL NIC
256 MB RAM
1 Ghz Athlon Thunderbird
Thanks
