I asked my nephew ?I know your hands are full but please don?t kick the fence, you?re destroyed it.? He says to me fvck you b1tch and goes out and kicks it. My fence is falling apart I ask him to not kick it anymore and he does that! I got so mad I grabbed him by the throat and told him not to disrespect me like that. Throat grabbing, not a good call on my part, what can I say I was pretty heated and didn?t think. Nothing justifies chocking him for 3 seconds while I tried to get my point across. I know this. I sugar coated asking him to, not kick it, and then he flat out disrespects me in the worst way he could. Of course his mom clawed me up and he got a few punches in until I held him down by his face.
I disagree. I think that it was a perfectly valid reaction from a moral standpoint, though legally it's obviously not, so you'd do well to avoid that sort of thing in the future, but he did deserve it.

If I were you I'd kick your family to the curb or call the cops.

The only way to keep the little B1tch in check, is to beat the living snot out of him so there is little life left in him.
That'll set him straight. It'll probably keep him from getting killed out on the streets.
You can think of the beating as physical counseling.

I wouldn't worry about losing everything, I would worry about going to prison for trafficing. Good luck proving that you aren't involved when everybody else in the house is dealing.

Vicous,

What county in florida do you live in? I want to call a lawyer anonymously and ask if your sister and her son are considered guests or tenants. If they are guests you can easily have the police come and escort them off the property and if they return have them arrested for trespassing. If they are tenants you have to go through a formal eviction process which will require a court issued eviction notice so you can have the police evict them.

Other wise, you CAN NOT and SHOULD NOT evict them yourself. This opens you up to a whole lotta sh1t.

I don?t want to say where I live. Enough, anandtechers are pissed off and may pull something I'm not prepared to deal with. I appreciate all the help. My nephew leaves this weekend for Gainesville, for a month. When he gets back he's off to military school. Hopefully I should have totally control over everything by the time he gets back, without having to kick anyone out. Things have been getting allot better since I posted this, I've got it all out there, and everyone seems to be complying with my demands.

Well, Just be aware these people living in your house may be considered, by florida law, as guests if they have not signed a lease. If this is the case it is your house and your rules if they do not like it, its to the street with them. Be advised if the drugs startup again you are advised to give final written notice to them stating that if it happens again the cops will be called and they will be escorted off the property. Keeping them there mean you can be charged with harboring a felon, aiding and abedding a felon, and being acccessory to a crime even if you never thouched the drugs or siad you did not approve and gave verbal warning to them to stop. I always believe everyone needs to know the facts rather than opinion. In your case this is what is needed more than "I think blah blah blah!" Good luck and keep us who are subscribed to this post informed.

You are a very ignorant person. Your saying if even if it was your kid you would kick them to the curb without trying to help them first; having balls means having the guts to stick around when things get crazy. If you think being a man is ignoring a problem by "getting rid of it" you not much of a man.

I?m making an effort to fix it without making anyone homeless. If things don?t change I have no choice, they have made it for me.

Thanks man... I found out social security is coming through. My girlfriend left me, right when my life is starting to turn around. My business is even picking up (thank god for spyware).

She doesn?t know about the social security. She listens to her crack head dad who doesn't think I'm really sick. This dude has known me for 3 years and thinks I'm 6'4" 139 pounds because I?m "unmotivated". I've tried to explain my condition to him 100 times; I even showed him my medical records, testimonies of other people with my illness. He?s so burnt out he forgets everything I say. I miss her a little, we where together for 3 years, so it does hurt. When it comes down to it I know I worked hard at the relationship, I did everything I could, but it was like I said, work.

I'm very optimistic about my future, I even put on 4 pounds, and the social security is going to go back to when I first got sick! I'm going to get 2 1/2 years of money owed. This brings me out of debt and gives me enough money to invest into something to make it grow. Even though they told me I was approved I?m still uneasy about whether it?s true or not. It?s hard to believe I could get so much money at once.

I'm all over the place here I hope I don?t confuse you.

Glad everything worked out and if you don't mind me asking, who is the nephew living with? How did you get your sister to change?

My nephew is living with my 2 sisters in Gainseville. My sister sent him up there and stopped "selling" after i got her a job and I was on my way to the court house to file an eviction notice.
