Had a party tonight at my house, around 50 people, and the cops showed up. I got a possession of alcohol by a minor charge and everyone else went free. On the citation it says that the charge took place at "5030 X Street" but my address, where I got busted, is "2050 X Street." I clearly told him that my address was 2050, and its correct at the top of the ticket where my personal information goes, and I signed the ticket saying that the information I gave him was true. Think I could fight the charge on the grounds that the place it says it took place doesnt exist, therefore I couldnt have been there at X time? Just wondering, I'll probably get flamed for this.
