I'm trying to build a computer inside of a VCR. Nothing very fast, but just something for my room to surf the net on. I have the VCR case, an old CPU and mobo, and an old hard drive, but I need a rather small PSU. Similar to the ones they use in those tiny Gateway and HP computers.
Not looking to spend a lot, but it needs to power a k62 400. Yes, I know this should be in FS/FT, but i'm going to relate this to DC because......well i'm just not gonna 😛

Be gentle, it's the first real mod i've ever tried.
and the specs:
AMD K62 400mhz
DTK Computers PAM-0052V Motherboard
128mb Mushkin pc133
GeForce2 MX400 32mb
Belkin NIC
WD Caviar 1.2gb
Gateway 2000 PSU (taken out of it's case)
Edit: I've put an old Gateway 2000 PSU in there, without the casing of course 🙂 Couldn't really find one small enough to suit my needs. Thanks for all the offers everyone! 😀 I will take some new pics as soon as I can if anyone is interested 🙂

Edit: Today I got a wild itch and redid the LED's, which you cannot see, but they look like they are actually supposed to be in the VCR. I also mounted the power switch in front, which you can see. The computer now turns on by the record button 🙂 I also put in a shorter IDE cable to clean it up a bit more. Next to come is some sort of cooling, still trying to decide on that!
