i am attempting to 'organize' + box everything concerning my entire life (ouch)
putting 25 years of California + the World into an order - never knew i had so
much 'stuff' . . . interesting going over it all - need to contact so many people -
guess after it's organized and i am in N.C. - put my life back together and let
everyone know what's up.

i will be 'shutting down' my systems in the near future - and setting up again
in N.C. - so there will be a lull in my crunchin' + Posting very soon . . .

Wayne / John - yes - the reference to where i am going to be heading - AFTER - i get the
Judge's Decision - is Charlotte, North Carolina . . .

Note 1: my brother (Mark Joseph Lubrich) lived there with his wife + 2 girls. He was 'found'
hung - they said it was suicide - he's a Vietnam Vet - *Bizzerka* (spelling?) he did his job
in country - and they never really let him rest - till now . . . there's quite the story here - but
it is very much 'advisable' - that i don't discuss this on this Forum. The news has covered his
activities quite extensively (Eric Rudolph - CNN - Mark was being reported regarding)

Anyway - another soldier is gone - and there were ceremonies in Washington recently
- later i will provide some News / Video linkies for all of you to see "Who" he was -
quite a bit more than the Hero per se - and quite the genius of a friend - my Brother . . .

soooo . . . this is where i am going to be - Mark asked a favor - to help with his wife - to be
a friend - strange how *Fate* seems to evolve itself . . . i will be there for her . . . she + i speak
a lot - and she is very much in need of 'closure' - this all is pretty damn hard on her . . . so i
guess i become the 'shoulder' she can lean on . . . i will only have to figure out how i will get
there . . .

Note 2 - to John / others - i have no idea regarding PayPal - and about the *How* and *When*
of 'accessing monies' in the account - they had me give them my VISA / Check Card Number -
but i know nothing about actually putting it into my account - and i will have to closing that
account in Los Angeles - and opening another Bank account in NC - so i am beginning to get
confused ( ??? ) as to how to access - and when - i can access . . . anybody know about this ?

Richard,

Have you tried transfering money from your PayPal account to your checking account? It usually takes 4 days to show up. Once in your account you have full access to it. I suggest you do not close the account that is tied to PayPal until you get to NC and open another one. Then change your PayPal to then new account. It will have to be verified before it can be used. Then you can close the Cal. account.

In the mean time I'd transfer any money in PayPal to your checking account and use as needed.

What my question is - refers to *Where* on the PayPal Site - is the Link
to Transfer / Move the money to my Bank Account ??? I couldn't find it

maybe i can't find it because i have a lot on my slate - attempting to figure what
and all i have to do - and waiting for the judge's decision is 'slightly' nerve-racking -
if you know what i mean . . . so - does anybody know the *Simple* answer to the
PayPal Link for moving the money to my bank ? I appreciate all your help BTW

- nothing from the Judge / almost packed - had to re-organize for shipping boxes
using Permafile Superior Boxes - neat and legal (big) sizes - to ship to NC . . .

- i figure i will take the Greyhound Bus' there - and i am supposed to get a 7 Day
advance ticket - so when the decision is in (from Judge) - i can see more clearly
when + what my timing will be (slightly nerve-rackin' - not knowing :frown . . .

Richard, you will be in JW and I's neck of the woods, roughly a 3 hour ride to Charlotte from where we live. There are other TeAmates actually in Charlotte too.

Wish you the best in your new life Richard on the right coast, it is known for an easier time keeping a roof over your head compared to the left coast, no offense folks out there, just the cost of Real Estate is insane.

Dan / David / Chris . . . Thanks for the words and i appreciate all that the TeAm has provided

UPDATE: (Wednesday - May 28th) - Legal Aid has just called and asked me about the Judge's Decision -
which is the Judgement - on my case . . . well - the Court has mailed it - though i haven't received it as
of today (phewww) . . . for some reason - Legal Aid is very interested in my touching base with them
- as soon as i have it in my hands . . . not quite sure - but the Attorney's there @ Legal Aid have been
contacted by the City Father's (City Council Task Force) and the Housing / Health Departments and
wanted to know why a judge hadn't ruled the Eviction Action as not Legal - soooooooo - i just have
to wait as usual - and i'll let you all know when i receive the letter . . . arghhhhhhh!!!

ANyway - Thank You each for all your assistance and this i repeat - is the Best TeAm @ SETI - IMHO :heart:
