I am on TimeWarner also, but they got bought out by AT@T. So who knows what my "official" ISP name is anymore.

To MN from SJC,CA ---> ** Speed 1474(down)/282(up) kbps **

Not too bad I don't think. But you have to remember, it doesn't matter how fast you are. It's how fast they are.

That's too slow for Adelphia in Cleveland. I haven't checked lately, but a few weeks ago I was getting the full 3000/128. It sounds like your bandwidth problem is quite local.

Edit: Yep, just got 3124/128 to http://phl.speakeasy.net/!
