Not too bad I don't think. But you have to remember, it doesn't matter how fast you are. It's how fast they are. 😀

That's too slow for Adelphia in Cleveland. I haven't checked lately, but a few weeks ago I was getting the full 3000/128. It sounds like your bandwidth problem is quite local. 😕

Edit: Yep, just got 3124/128 to http://phl.speakeasy.net/! 😀
