i'm so happy now since paypal just canceled the transaction that the person reversed. wowowowowoow.. lets party.. don't want to take too much problem with all the press charge against that person. This has been a hassel for me for 2 weeks now i can finally be relieved against all this. Thanks guys.

It was deal outside of ebay so i can't give him any negative. How do you contact ebay and do that? thanks.

I already sent paypal the tracking number, but don't know what paypal going to do with the money. Any idea would help? I told him that i would take him to court if he won't pay me back the money.

You can't leave someone negative feedback unless it was with a completed auction through ebay. The transaction that you had with him won't hold any water with ebay, since it didn't have anything to do with them. You're VERY lucky you were able to recover your money though. I think for all the negative stuff that's said around here against paypal, someone should finally give them a pat on the back. They bailed you out big time.

yup they did bail me out or i'm out of luck for my money. I'm so glad that they did cancel the reversed transaction.

You can't. That's the risk you take if you go outside of ebay, you can't leave feedback.
 
Which means they can't leave you feedback either. In this situation I would count my blessings since they could've blasted you with a false negative and ebay will not delete it, even if you have proof of fraud, ebay doesn't care.

he used swissupply@aol.com for his paypal acct. So you guys also be careful not to get scam by this individual paypal account.



btw, paypal canceled his reverse transaction so i'm happy now don't have to deal with authority.

You should contact ebay and tell them his account name and tell them he is contacting people outside ebay's listings to purchase. Realize that you may lose your own ebay account for responding but can probably get out of it by claiming ignorance.
 
how do you do that? i don't see any ebay email to contact them. I sent ebay couple of emails to different email address but they all returned.

I smell TROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The No Signature part should have tipped you off. You got Screwed. File a claim with the shipper. If it disappeared off the doorstep, then they may be liable.
 
just my 2 cents but I would never deal with anybody that has an aol email address especially through paypal.

man.. this is suck.. start it again all over because this person just complaint again with his credit card and paypal on the pending progress of reverse my account again.. now i'll have to deal with paypal.. this is really suck.. don't know why this guys keep on doing this to me.

no not all are bad and not all are good. It's good to know how to deal with the system or you'll get screw like me. This is the first hard lesson to be learn when dealing with ebay, paypal or any other online transaction.

man sucks...eventually the dude never got the laptop?...i think this:

his account got hacked....i mean ..jimmy chung/ mervyn franks....they don't sound like relatives to me...but u never knw...
he has u sent w/ NO SIGNATURE, to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS....hacker picks up laptop....buyer gets scammed...both of u screwed...

sigh sucks....g'luck on it though
 
he emailed me from epsonstyle11@aol.com and confirmed that he will overnite the money order to me. Then he didn't do that. So i think this got to be him because no way can hacker hack AOL acct and paypal and then ebay. He changed his ebay username, and use aol acct to contact me all this time. If it was hack then he should at least know about the email part.

i remember reading about something about epsonstyle11@aol as a fraud earlier.. look for it .. search for it.. must have been a month back or so.. check google for it.
