I've had a nice ostrich burger before. Tasty, but not to much difference from beef.

 

I have an ostrich burger last month. If nobody told me what it was I would have never known. Tasted like a hamburger or turkey burger to me.

Ostricj is quite good, much more tender than beef, though it is a little bit more expensive.
