I'm looking for a job :-/

In May, I will have my Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). My undergraduate coursework was in Management and Marketing. My MBA is mostly focused on Finance.

Though my degree is in Business, I have worked in the on-campus computer labs for 3 years, so I can do software and hardware troubleshooting. I have also worked in the retail sector.

I'm looking for something full-time in Orlando, Florida. I have been searching for jobs and internships since December, and no one seems to be hiring. I will do almost anything business or tech related. Does anyone have any leads? Thanks :)

Long shot but one of the analysts here is looking for an associate.

The position is for an equity research associate helping to cover the utilities space.

You must have an MBA, very strong quantitative skills and some kind of background in the energy or public utilities industry.

The job is located in New York City.

Base salary is $85K+ up to 100% bonus.

The job is tough, hours are very long and the analyst is very difficult to work with. However, if anyone is interested, let me know.

what's wrong with unemployment while you look? It's not like it's welfare. It's an insurance policy that you paid into just like car insurance.

what's wrong with unemployment while you look? It's not like it's welfare. It's an insurance policy that you paid into just like car insurance.

yea but you don't just crash the car because you need a new one either.....insurance is there to cover you in the event you can't alter the situation.....can't un-smash your car but I CAN AND WILL WORK!!!!

Not gonna sit around waiting for the jobs to come to me...at the current level I would recieve unemlpyment at an effective rate of $7.30/hr based on a 40 hr.work week.

With my skills and work history...I should be able to do better than that at McDonald's....It might come as a real shock to some but there are people who enjoy doing an honest days work...one of the hardest things I face right now is haveing all this time to do stuff for myself(home inprovements, computer projects,ect...)and not haveing the funds to follow thru.........I like to work...it is usually the people I work for that make work suck not the actual work(yea can't deny some work just sux rox but if you do it well you will still feel pride in yourself for haveing done what most people could not)....sorry sitting around on unemployment and complaining to everyone how "I can't git a job" ain't me.....I would rather go down swinging than to just give up.....hell...might just have to try a little self-employment....don't know where to start but beats sitting around doing nothing....maybe I'll come back here and be looking to offer some jobs instead....cool

O.K. I now step down from the soap box.....who is next.....LOL
