Johnson might have a problem with Boebert (R-CO) sponsoring this particular bill and having only a slim majority if he blocks it, but I wouldn't put it past him trying or slow-walking it, being that he's a huge piece of shit.

This is just too petty - to prevent objections to renaming Kennedy center the board had to change the rules on who could vote:
