Hey, if we add the Covid-19 deaths on his watch to the tally, Herr Trump has the blood of over a million people* on his hands due to his malice and incompetence.

*a million people so far

The 2nd is more accurate but still gets the total over 1,000,000 unnecessary deaths attributable to the malicious, incompetent Donald J. Trump.

I dunno that the DOJ lawyers are gonna get out of this without being sanctioned.
Concerning the prosection persecution of James Comey by the orange stain:

There's a lot of talk in the comments to the NYT article that Halligan (who'd never prosecuted a case, was just an attorney defending Trump at one point), Bondi too, should be disbarred.

Link to current article at The New York Times is PAYWALL PENETRATING for 14 days, i.e. until 12/03/2025:

Trump Loyalist Admits Grand Jury Never Saw Final Comey Indictment

Grand jurors have to vote on indictments to approve them, but a prosecutor told the judge in the case that only the foreperson formally approved the second charging document, a move that could cripple the case.

the comey case (lmfao can we even call it that at this stage)

-At one point, Ms. Halligan admitted that she had never shown the second — and final — version of the Comey indictment to the full grand jury before the foreperson signed the charging document. Mr. Comey’s lawyers immediately seized on that irregularity, calling it another reason to dismiss the case entirely.

At another point, one of Ms. Halligan’s subordinates, Tyler Lemons, acknowledged that someone in the deputy attorney general’s office had instructed him not to discuss in open court whether his predecessors had — or had not — written a memo laying out their reasons for not bringing charges, because that was privileged information.

In the end, Mr. Lemons, appearing unnerved under questioning, confessed that the prosecutors who had previously handled the case had indeed written a draft of a memo declining prosecution.

i hope Comey has some outlet to receive compensation for damages/harassment/false charges.

Congratulations murderer. Not Trump but anyone who voted for him.

This essentially doubles his body count from COVID--with what was preventable if he didn't demand that his mouthbreathing acolytes die for him.

He's approaching Hitler numbers! Doubt he'll catch up to Stalin or Mao, though.

Amazingly enough, this trash was posted to the white house, official website.

Just when you think they can go no lower, they say "hold my beer".

This is probably the most concerning of the alleged grand jury missteps by Halligan (and most likely to cause her some professional issues in the future):

Guilty until proven innocent isn't the way it works, cupcake.
At what point could the jury be told that and not be corrected by the judge? I know nothing about courtroom operations but that seems absolutely wild. That should be immediate grounds for dismissal of the charges.

This is a Grand Jury, so handling the indictment, not the petit jury that handles the trial and determination of guilt. The former isn't really a true courtroom.

A judge isn't present during grand jury hearings. Typically only when the jury is seated/created and for presentation of any findings.
Correct but you would think that even Grand Jury instructions that are completely opposite the basic tenants of law in the US would be grounds for dismissal of any charges approved by said Grand Jury.

That's what happens when Trump gets his attorneys from OnlyFans. Halligans didn't send the Comey indictment to the full Grand Jury. Bondi signed off on what Halligan did. No one is helping Halligan either. Trump put a real estate insurance litigator in charge of a high-profile prosecution and let her sink or swim. This is who is running the country into the ground. Hopefully they both get disbarred.

You have to be either crazy or insanely incompetent to walk into a federal court and lie to a judge over and over again. Or blindly loyal to a megalomaniac and you don’t care about committing career suicide.

There is no indictment. Case dismissed.

Well, yes. That's also what is being decided now in all the pre-trial hearings.
