SCOTUS continues to lick the boot of Trump and continue legally dubious actions via the shadow docket. Of course, if it was a Democrat, SCOTUS wouldn't even pick up the phone and cases would have to slow walk through courts and be stopped in the interim with injunctions.

A 'click-to-cancel' rule, intended to make canceling subscriptions easier, is blocked
A rule which would have required businesses to make it easy for consumers to cancel unwanted subscriptions has been blocked by a court days before it was set to go into effect.

Just another day ending in -y as the Trump administration promoted the scam-based economy. Here comes another era of easy subscription sign-ups that become impossible to cancel.
And yes, the rule was blocked by a court, but I don't foresee Trump and Co going to bat for the rule.
