Which is maybe why we should have made a deal that would allow us to inspect their nuclear facilities to ensure they were being used for power generation/civilian purposes instead of weapons?

I remain baffled why anyone takes the Nobel peace prize remotely seriously. Its list of past recipients reads like a roll-call of despots, terrorists, war-criminals, and minor-con-artists. Plus one relatively well-behaved, but otherwise unremarkable, President.
 
Nauseating. The unqualified being handed power is a hallmark of this disaster. Like handing tech execs the rank of Lt Colonel in the damn Army Reserve, not even making them go to Basic.

Another slap in the face to the work and sacrifices of the chain of command. Way to inspire confidence in leadership yet again dipshits. It's only for two weeks out of the year, why not just 1st Lieutenants? This reeks of magat cosplay.

I am wondering if the USA will get kicked out of the G7 because we bombed Iran. Just like Russia got kicked out of the G8 because of what it did in crimea …

In truth it is hard to compare the bombing a few specific narrow sites with the whole sale slaughter of people in villages and town as part of a unwarranted invasion. Having said that IF Israel was in G7 what they are doing in Gaza would be comparable.
 
Something I was reading suddenly bought to my mind Trump's executive order over-ruling 'birth right citizenship', and I found myself wondering what was decided about that, did the Supreme Court ever rule on it? On googling it was very surprised to find it still hasn't been settled yet.

They did super quick come to the conclusion it’s ok to deport people to some of the worst places on the planet even if their country of origin is on a different continent because well no reasons were given.
