It's not deporting - that makes it sound relatively benign. It's really illegal detention and rendition. After all, they're sending people to a third country's prison without any process. They're not just sending them away to be free in their home country or in a third country. In simple terms: violating the principle of innocent until proven guilty.Useful summary of the story so far. They are already ignoring Supreme Court orders - how long before they start rounding up/deporting US citizens?
