If you do the tariffs unilaterally as a national security measure and as not part of the tax bill then you don't get to count them as revenue against the tax cuts hehe.

The press secretary claiming fentanyl has killed tens of millions of Americans as to why these tariffs are coming. Seems off by an order of magnitude, looking only at deaths from overdoses per year. But what does truth even mean anyway?

Yep, only the NASDAC is slightly positive now. One of the talking heads this morning was playing the Trump game and put out, looks like we will be slightly positive for the week. If only I wasn't invested in the market.
 
Lol apparently Trump's order about "opening the valves" in California for the wild fires was him ordering the Army Cops of Enigneers to dump water from its storages without telling CA water management officials or the farmers he was gonna flood out.

It’s barely down, still selling near the top if you choose to do so. I’m on the fence about locking in some profits today before the voluntary recession hits and inflation reaccelerates.

No, I have strangely committed my active part into almost 100% equities due to last years lackluster performance. Fidelity's Fn scale for what I signed up for sucks as it was supposed to be 70% growth and got half of the DOW performance.
 
If anyone is curious about the $50 million in condoms for Gaza thing, here's the info. It seems like the line from here to Herr Trump's moronic mis-statement is DOGE claims to find this $50m in condoms sent to Gaza, Herr Musk says "My guess is that a lot of that money ended up in the pockets Hamas [sic], not actually condoms", someone responded saying the condoms were being used to transport IEDs, and thus Herr Trump's blathering, idiotic statement about using condoms to make bombs. You know, because he's an utter fucking moron with swiss cheese for a brain.
