It was the Biden Administration that managed to target and kill a Afghan aid worker and nine members of his family with a drone strike in Kabul. I suspect the current regime is going to be worse.

Compared to previous admins the Biden admin virtually ended the drone strike program. Afganistan is also at least arguably covered under the 2001 AUMF. There is nothing authorizing the government to blow up boats in the Caribbean that it says are cartel boats.

THIS is the issue; they have no clue who was on the boat; they didn't bother to intercept or check or verify. They simply blew it up and made vague claims.
