He does have a condition that makes his voice sound terrible. That's not something he can do much about.

That being said, he's a crackpot and has no business being in a public health position. He, like many other cabinet picks so far (as far as I can tell), is an active threat to the well being of the country

The only thing I will defend that piece of shit on is his voice, which is the result of a medical condition that doesn't appear to be his fault.

That aside he seems to be genuinely mentally ill, massively ignorant, and without principles so fuck that guy.
