I still don't think he's exactly in the neo-con camp. He seems far more likely to initiate violent conflict at home than abroad (doesn't seem to me he has much interest in, or knowledge of, the world outside the US).
But that's not the same thing as being a force for global peace, obviously. He's a different kind of promoter of global chaos than the neo-cons, though - the mechanism and the motivations are different.

I made mention of that same sloppy foot dragging I witnessed from the footage available in another thread. Our troop's best foot forward got left back at the barracks and bays today. I wonder why that is. It was like they were getting dragged out of bed early on a Sunday morning by their bosses and ordered to dig yer standard regulation poop trenches all day in hot steamy weather.
 
Well two new things i learn this morning:
a) EPA staff told not to enforce/prosecute violations by fossil fuel companies
b) Trump orders ICE officers to expand deportation efforts in DEMOCRATIC cities.

Once again the republican president is targeting people by party alignment.

(similar the VA having new rules to decline treatment based on political afflication which makes no sense in how they connect that rule to the executive order protecting woman).

This administration is crazy in the head.
 
Wait a minute—so providers can refuse to treat asshole vets in MAGA hats? A brown doctor can refuse to treat a white vet who asks, “where did you immigrate from?”, “why did you take all the jobs from white doctors?” or, my favorite, “are you dot or feather?”
