I think you are wrong. You can actually change the way you preceive the image if you practice. If you think the image changes, just hit refresh on your browser when she starts spinning in the opposite direction. She'll keep spinning that way until you change your perspective.
 
When she changes directions her head even leans the other way for me. leans left when going counter-clockwise and leans right when going clockwise.
