Lucky. 1.4v on CPU-Z (1.375 on my bios) only gets me to 2.547Ghz dual prime stable. If I increase my HTT by 1, Prime will fail after about 3 hours (Core 0 doesn't play nice).

More voltage doesn't seem to help too much when I first tried. I'd be lucky to get FX60 speed.

Not that I am complaining, 750+ Mhz overclock is not what I consider terrible.

My 148 does 3.Ghz NP. =) Not a dual, but still nice....and this is still on air.

Very nice. I remember a few months back when 3.0Ghz was much more the exception than the norm for an A64 (barring FX-57s that is). It's nice that the Opteron changed that for all us poor folks.

No doubt. I have yet to hook it up to the mack II. Should be able to get a bit more out of it.

Well, I put the Mach II on and had a fine start, was at 3.3. I wanted more...so I cranked the voltage...Temps shot like a mofo. Took the block off only to see that the block was making maybe 1/2 contact with the CPU...guess I need to get it machined to level the sucker out.

Well my CCB1E was doing 2700 at 1.424V on my A8N32, but I switched mobos, and I tried to go higher. It seems that core 2 starts to drop off after 2750, even with mad volts, as the temps get up to 50C, so I'm probably going to stick with a round 2700 until I can phase it.

On my opteron 165 ccb1e 0609fpmw i can get 2.7ghz on stock volts. I'm also using an A8n32. That's prime stable for 8 hours too. I'm having problems with 1 core tho that can't seem to hit 2.9ghz while the other core can do it easily.

Btw at 2.9ghz both running prime my temps only get up to 51C on air with a modded zalman 9500. I can't get those temps without an extra fan blowing around mid board tho.

Not bad at all. Sounds like you got a good stepping. Seems like these Opterons are pretty sensitive to heat so that may be your problem with going higher. I need 1.55V to get mine SuperPi 32M stable at 3.05GHz and that's on watercooling.
