My case temp is just a tad over ambient.
My AMD CPU peaks at 44C - this is 1.4 @ 1.6 GHz (11 x 145) with 1.775V VCore
I don't see how they're not reliable, With a Delta 8k and 1.850V I got the same peak as HardOCP - 45C (SK6 heatsink).
The #s are consistent at least, I know that doesn't make them reliable.
IBM Feature tool said the op temp range for the 75GXP was 10C to 60C.
24C was right in there.
Without my HDD cooler, the 75GXP was nice and toasty after 5 minutse - i know becuase I tested it outside of the case on another computer - it started to make the plastic bubblewrap soft after a few minutes.
Now I can run this thing overnight, and doing a lot of disk acessing w/o it getting lukewarm.
So 24C to me seems about right - it feels the same as my SK6 under 100% load - slightly lukewarm
Remember, w/o a heatsink the AMD 1.4 goes to 390C in a SECOND (390C measured via Raytek Laser thermometer)
