If Firefox required a 20 dollar purchase would you still use it? I'm just wondering.

Opera 7.23 won't let me see Yahoo "My Page"....it says I must upgrade my Netscape or IE browser. WTF?!

Firefox is IT my friends. Better than IE b/c of tabs.

Next generation IE will KILL all however.

Opera 7.50 Beta 1 all the way. Except for the frickin' forums.

If someone would fix the quoted-text -indent problem, then I'd be using it all the time, but as it is, I'm stuck with Firefox (which, BTW, has sh!t cache management compared to Opera) for the meantime.

If Opera was free, i might consider trying it.
Till then, no contest.

Its not very hard to "purchase" the program

Why do I want to purchase Opera when I can use IE or some other browser for free without an ad bar? Just wanted to add that I have no problem paying $20 for something but why do I want to pay for something that's similar to what I already use. It just doesn't make economical sense to buy it.

I never knew that would work, even in IE. How often do you have midi music anyways these days??

Guys, need some help: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=33&threadid=1300144

Simple answer: use Firefox...

The key reason I use it, is because it's free, and with all the extensions I've got it perfectly customized to my needs, no reason to use IE anymore.

And to answer the question in the thread, if Firefox was $20, no I wouldn't use it.
