Can anyone recommend a site to get prescription glasses? The frame choices at the local stores are so limited and expensive especially if you don't have insurance to cover it.

I ordered from them 5 years ago...really crappy experience back then. I see they've joined Resellerratings to try and make good with dissatisfied customers, altho according to more recent reviews it doesn't look like they've done a very good job.

I generally get mine at zennioptical.com but have lately gotten a few great pairs from coastalcontacts.com during their 'free' promotions, which costed $15 with s/h. Haven't seen those promotions lately tho and they're fairly expensive otherwise, and not to mention reviewed even worse than goggles4u.

What's your complaint with goggles4u? Do any of these sites require a current prescription that they verify with the eye doctor?
