So I cannot seem to get an RMA on my receiver. Tech. Support acknowledges there is an issue, but the Returns department is... less than useful. The woman who answers the phone there has taken my info 4 times now and promises to call me back "when the girl who handles returns gets back from lunch." She has been at lunch for 4 days now, I'd say she needs to see a doctor.

At least they fixed the phone system so that calls don't just ring forever, someone answers it and then ignores you!
BTW, I have tried talking to Bob Elder (said he couldn't help) and Janet Strata (transferred me without saying a word after I explained my problem).
