I don't know what that company can do with just your name, address, and phone number. Sounds like their msitake and their problem, I would ignore them.

Don't they need your SSN to affect your credit?

Yeah, me too. I think that your credit score can be negatively affected by outstanding debt, hence why I'm worried.

You could try posting it along with a cut-down version of your story, but most likely you'd just get a bunch of people saying "not your personal army" or "sage" or "loldongs" or whatever.
