Price is pretty tempting.

It is definitely a good phone, but you have to remember that OnePlus and CM are the ones supporting the software. The phone is usually pretty rock solid, but you will need to trust those two companies to support it over the next year or so.
I just got rid of mine so I could have a reliable phone (Nexus 6). It was worth the extra money to me, and I'm definitely happy to be rid of the phone.
YMMV.
I owned my OPO for a year. To sum it up the OPO had the best battery life of any phone I ever owned, had a great screen, and I enjoyed the doubletap to wake feature. Negatives were that it had a horrible camera that never worked properly with many different programs, CM stopped giving consistent updates and OxygenOS was buggy, and it didn't have wireless charging which I missed from my N5. Since I came from the N5 that had a decent camera, consistent software updates, and wireless charging, I went to an S6 which has the best camera and wireless charging.
I would NOT get the OPO again. Software and hardware means a lot and the OPO may have the stats, but nothing else plays together well.
