I'll second that, Creative Zen Vision:M FTW.

its just the Mac users though that give it a bad rep, the OS itself is great, i find it light years ahead of windows in terms of stability and ease of use

Back in the late 90s, everyone used Real Player. Then those cocks at Real Network got greedy, and tried to get their application to take over your entire PC, and people stopped using it. Same thing is happening with Quicktime now. You can't install Quicktime anymore unless you download bullshit iTunes. This section was supposed to be longer, but I couldn't even install iTunes so I could bitch about it.

That I will agree with. And I'm as big of a Mac guy as you can find (only more so, probably), but whenever I'm on a Windows machine and I'm forced to use iTunes or Quicktime, I'm just as pissed as the rest of you.

See now, this guy's idiotic misuse of both the English language and the word "Mac" made me so disgusted that I had to quote and mock him. That's how cool I am.

I've got a powermac at home because I like it... that's it. If you don't like them don't use 'em?

Seems to me that it's the pc users who can't shut the fvck up about mac users. The rant was funny, though.

It's true to an extent, but there are assholes on both sides of the fence. The mac users are elitist and snobish about their choice in computer, and the pc users mock the mac users for being dumb and not knowing how to use their computers properly. They're both fanboys when it comes down to it, and those people are idiots. Both systems have their good and bad, and both do things better than the others. I love working on my mac mini at work, but there's no way I could fire up some CS:S or other computer game and play it as well as I can on my gaming rig at home.

"I've had a Macintosh now for a total of 35 days, and I'm really excited to be part of the Mac community." Part of the Mac community? It's a computer, not a social movement, asshole!

:D.

Uh, no it's not. APPLE gives itself a bad rep. They're the one who put out these mudslinging ad's with the biggest bunch of pothead lazy bum college age students to talk about how they don't have to tape a web cam to their forehead because they already have one up their collective asses!

WOW, A WEB CAM!!! Holy sh1t. It's brilliant!

Apple has no clue how to market itself.

They appeal to the lowest common denominator..that's why their users look like idiots..because that's who they sell to!

I don't think you understand the concept of "lowest common denominator".

"When a media outlet has been charged with appealing to the "lowest common denominator", it means they have targeted the lowest, meanest, most basic and perhaps prurient of all possible hopes and dreams of their intended audience."

No, I think I understand perfectly well. Maybe you don't?
