Correct. Of course, other than Italian food, there's not much cuisine here unless you're in New York City. It's impossible to find good fried chicken or collard greens around here.

And we do have good NY style pizza, although it's not exactly the same. It does come close though. One of my favorite things about visiting my sister-in-law in NYC is visiting the local pizza joint.

NY-style FTW. it's tough to find good pizza outside of the area due to the hard water in NYC... I was dying when I went away to college in PA. all we had was a papa johns, which totally made me want to barf.
